Modus Operandi: Cashless Process & Recovery of Cashless Claims from TPAs

CASHLESS

Our expert executive will be deployed in your hospital for the entire process, handling all communication with the TPA for pre-authorization, initial approval, and discharge formalities. We ensure the process is smooth, fast, and effective.

WORK STRUCTURE

An executive is assigned to the hospital for 8 hours on weekdays to provide continuous updates on the insurance policy, handle the PAL form, and follow up with the TPA for approval.

BENEFITS TO HOSPITAL

Hospitals receive hassle-free cashless services for patients with guaranteed early payments (except for some exceptions). Our expert executive is stationed in the hospital to ensure the process is smooth and efficient.

GHIMA FEE STRUCTURE

GHIMA charges a percentage of the collected amount, including TDS. For payments pending for six months or more, a higher percentage is applied. Additionally, we charge a fee for payments already received but not reconciled.
